This photo was taken on an evening stroll around Skomer Island on 1st June 2012, when it seemed as if I had the whole island to myself. The view is from the north of the island, at SM7214410146, looking past the Garland Stone and across St Bride's Bay towards Ramsey Island and St David's Head in the distance. Canon EOS 40D, Canon EF-S 17-85mm lens at 20mm, Manfrotto tripod. Exposure F11 at 1/5, 0.5 and 0.8 secs manually combined. Original image in Raw format.
